Uploading an Export File

Most accounting and CRM programs have a simple report function that can be used to create a custom report and export it as a text file. Look for a menu item called "Reports" or "Tools".

Security

Your data is protected by your Username/Password. No one can gain access to your data without them. Keep them secure. Furthermore, we will not release your data to anyone, not even you. The only way to gain access to your data is by logging in with your Username/Password.

The best security procedure is to delete your online reports and data files from our server as soon as you are done with them. Deleting the reports and files prevents anyone, including you, from accessing them. The deletion is permanent. Once a report or file is deleted, it cannot be retrieved.

Note that as a security precaution, if you do not delete your online reports and data files manually, our server will delete them automatically 48 hours after being produced. Of course, you always have the option of uploading your sales data file again.
